Dr. Fredrick Otieno Aoko, Esq.

Dr. Fredrick Otieno Aoko, Esq. is a distinguished legal practitioner, mediator, arbitrator, academic, and entrepreneur with a remarkable track record across multiple jurisdictions.
An Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and an Attorney licensed in
New York (NYSBA), he brings a wealth of experience in both domestic and
international legal systems. His career spans high-level legal practice, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), academic leadership, and business innovation.
With dual honorary doctorates and advanced legal and diplomatic training from institutions such as Harvard, Oxford, Cambridge, MIT, and Yale, Dr. Aoko embodies a rare blend of intellectual depth and practical expertise. He holds a Bachelor of
Laws from Mount Kenya University, an LLM from the University of Birmingham, and master’s degrees in International Relations and Information Systems. He is also a PhD candidate at Monarch Business School in Switzerland, and actively pursuing further studies in clean energy finance at Yale University.
Dr. Aoko is internationally certified in mediation and arbitration, and actively serves on panels and professional bodies including the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK and Kenya), FIDIC, the London Court of International Arbitration, and the
International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR, USA).
As a court-annexed mediator with the Judiciary of Kenya, he has earned national recognition for successfully resolving high-stakes and complex disputes.
Beyond the courtroom, he is the Dean of Students at the European International University (EIU, Paris), where he mentors and supports students globally. He is also
a passionate entrepreneur and the founder of several businesses in the packaging, water, and automotive sectors.
